The CMF Committee convened on February 20, 2025 to discuss the 2025 CMF fees, banking issues and delegation letter. A total of $28,000 fees was received but it does not fully include the funds through the Bank of America account. While the Committee waits for Merchant Services activation at Belize Bank, they are using Zelle payments and cash in Belize. Transfers from BoA to Belize have yet to be conducted. Additionally, the delegation letter was finalized pending signatures. The functions of QB and other accounting matters continue to be managed by Dalia with support from JC.

The CMF Committee met on January 31, 2025. Attendees included Jessica Keener, JC Mercier, and JD Longwell. Discussions revolved around approving the 2025 CMF budget and plans to begin invoicing for CMF fees for 2025, with various payment options discussed. Further decisions and the mailing of invoices are expected by mid-February. Action items involved confirming banking details and redrafting an authorization letter from Phil to the Finance Committee for invoicing purposes. The meeting concluded at 12:15p.
